ManagePoint
Customer Facing Portal
Introduced for Microsoft CRM
Customer
Service Software Targets Small
and Mid-Sized Companies
February
4, 2003 - Ann Arbor, Mich. -- Adia Information Management
Corp. announced today the release of ManagePoint, software
designed to help small and mid-sized companies provide their
clients with around-the-clock account accessibility, self-service
tools, and interactive support case tracking.
Adia, an Integrated Software Vendor partner of Microsoft
Business Solutions, developed ManagePoint to integrate with
Microsoft Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
ManagePoint
allows companies to provide web-based customer service and account
management by simply placing a link (button) on their corporate
website. A branded
service portal provides a secure platform for a company’s
customers to initiate and access their service requests, billing
and invoice history, a correspondence log, live chat, and document
management.
“This
is an era of increased customer expectations,” said Steven
Heintz, president of Adia Information Management Corp.
“Studies show that companies loose approximately half of
their clients within five years. ManagePoint makes it possible for
small and mid-sized companies to provide the same web-based
customer service account tools that banks and large companies
provide to their clients.” Heintz concluded, “The big
difference is cost – ManagePoint starts as a $250 per month
service.”
Heintz
noted that the integration of ManagePoint and Microsoft CRM yields
the first affordable customer-facing and back-end system for
account management and case assignment that extends to business
and financial systems with .NET technology.
ManagePoint
product information will be distributed at launch events for
Microsoft CRM, held in 18 major cities during February and March.
Microsoft CRM offers Sales and Customer Service modules that let
employees easily share information across an organization and
enable businesses to implement consistent processes. Microsoft CRM
is accessible from both Microsoft Outlook and the Web.

you, visit www.managepoint.com/events.
All ManagePoint
systems will be hosted and managed from Adia’s ASP hosting
