Adia Information Management Corp. Partners With Microsoft Business Solutions

Adia to Develop Integrated Software for
Microsoft CRM Release

January 22, 2003 - Ann Arbor, Mich. -- Adia Information Management Corporation announced today that it has been named a Microsoft Business Solutions Integrated Software Vendor (ISV). Adia will introduce software that complements the release of Microsoft® Customer Relationship Management , a web-based application designed to help small and mid-market businesses become more connected with, and gain a better view of interactions with customers, employees, and suppliers.

“Adia is excited to work with the Microsoft Business Solutions group,” said Steven A. Heintz, president of Adia Information Management Corp.  “There are several customer service modules that we have been working on for some time now.  By integrating with Microsoft’s CRM system, we have super-charged our development schedule, and will be able to introduce a more robust product ahead of schedule.”  Heintz noted that other Microsoft sales partners across the country will represent and sell software modules developed by Adia that complement Microsoft’s CRM product.

Microsoft CRM offers integrated Sales and Customer Service modules that let employees easily share information across an organization and enable businesses to implement consistent processes. Easy to use, customize, and set up, Microsoft CRM is accessible from both Microsoft® Outlook® and the Web, as well as offers a flexible, scalable Microsoft .NET architecture that integrates easily with Microsoft Office, financial systems, and other business applications.
